Mobility Accommodations:
– A limited number of accessible parking spaces are located in front of the theatre on High Street. Please note: you are required to have the appropriate handicap license plate or tag.
– An accessible ramp is located to the right of the main entrance.
– Wheelchair seating and easy-transfer seating are available but extremely limited. We advise you to purchase your tickets for this seating location as early as possible. You may purchase them online or by contacting our box office.
Hearing Assistance:
– Complimentary hearing assistance devices may be checked out at the concessions counter in the lobby.
A valid drivers license or credit card is required and will be held until the device is returned.
Service Animals:
– Trained service dogs are allowed to accompany their owner into the theatre.
It is the handler’s responsibility to ensure that the dog is properly trained and behaves appropriately. Our management staff may ask if the dog is a service animal that is required due to a disability, and what type of work or task the dog has been trained to do.
Under the ADA, all service dogs must be leashed, harnessed, or tethered. If, however, these devices interfere with the dog’s work or the handler’s disability makes it impossible to use them, the dog may be kept under control through voice, signal, or other controls. If a service dog is not under control and the handler fails to act to gain control, the animal must be removed from the premises. A handler may also be asked to remove a service dog that is not housebroken, is behaving aggressively, or is otherwise posing a threat to human health and safety.
– Pets or emotional support animals are not allowed in the building.
