Dana Snyder

One of Dana’s first professional jobs happened right here, at the Arrow Rock Lyceum, 30 years ago. He returned promptly, 16 years later, to appear in the Lyceum’s production of The Producers, as Max Bialystok. A few years later, he returned again to play Tevye, the Cowardly Lion, Captain Von Trappe’s butler, and the coach for those Damn Yankees. Other favorite shows and roles: Forum (Pseudolous), Guys and Dolls (Nathan Detroit), The Odd Couple (Oscar Madison), The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial (Urban), and Tuna Christmas (half the town). Primarily though, Dana’s day job for the last twenty-something years has been doing cartoon voices in shows on Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Netflix, and lots of other places. He is very grateful to his wonderful wife, Christine, who has lovingly allowed him to be here this summer far away from her, their beautiful daughter Vivian, and their lil’ pittie Donut. Dana is also grateful to be back in Arrow Rock, working alongside his friends, and again performing in a special place like The Lyceum.
