Ellie Schwetye

Ellie is a St. Louis-based producer, director, actor, and sound designer. She is the co-producer of Slightly Askew Theatre Ensemble (SATE) and has designed myriad projects there including “The Woman in Black” (St. Louis Theatre Circle Award winner), “First Impressions,” and “No Exit.” She has also designed for New Jewish Theatre: “Laughter on the 23rd Floor,” “The Bee Play,” “We All Fall Down.” Prison Performing Arts: “The Golden Record.” The Black Rep: “Sunset Baby.” Tennessee Williams Festival St. Louis: “Night of the Iguana.” The Midnight Company: “A Model for Matisse,” “Anomalous Experience,” “Here Lies Henry.” West End Players Guild: “Silent Sky,” “Photograph 51.” Albion Theatre “Lungs,” “The Beauty Queen of Leanne.” Ellie is delighted and grateful to be working with Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre for the first time.
