Jeff Ridenour

Jeff Ridenour is based in NYC originally from Texas. Jeff received his M.F.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Since graduating, Jeff has formed a strong creative partnership with director Fenlon Lamb designing 10 educational and professional productions in opera across the U.S. including most recently: Suor Angelica / Gianni Schicchi (UMKC Opera), La Traviata (Finger Lakes Opera) and currently The Juliet Letters for the Lyric Opera of Kansas City in January. Since moving to NYC, Jeff has been the Charge Scenic Artist for Encompass New Opera Theatre and has studio assisted influential designers including, George Tsypin on Manon Lescaut (St. Petersburg & Berlin) and the Sochi Olympics Exhibition (Moscow). Last year he was the Asst. Set Designer to Alain Vaes for the new production of The Nutcracker (Kansas City Ballet). Jeff is thrilled to return as a Scenic Artist and Props Master for his third season of A Christmas Carol after being the Scenic Artist this summer. www.jeffrdesign.com
