Rob James

A Pittsburgh native, Rob is so thankful to spend some time here in Arrow Rock, as well as greater Missouri! Some of his favorite roles have been Ebenezer Scrooge in “A Christmas Carol” (Pittsburgh Musical Theatre), King Arthur in “Spamalot!” and Dave in “The Full Monty” (Stage 62 in Carnegie, Pennsylvania). When not teaching acting (the Pittsburgh CLO Academy for Musical Theatre), he also directs in the Pittsburgh area, with recent credits including “Sunday in the Park with George” and “Falsettos” (Front Porch Theatricals) and “Oklahoma!,” “9 to 5,” and “Dogfight” (Stage 62). His slate of projects for the rest of the year includes … “Spelling Bee” (CLO Academy), “Gypsy” (Stage 62), a new work for Pittsburgh’s Becoming Arts Collective and, of course, a holiday season filled with the joy of *helping* Santa! Many thanks to the 412 folks here—Robyne, Stephen and Conner—as well as to my family and friends.
