Alan Knoll

Alan is thrilled to join The Lyceum’s acting company, after having just directed Laughter on the 23rd Floor. He’s been part of many wonderful Lyceum productions, including A Christmas Carol (Fezziwig), Cinderella (Sebastian), The Little Mermaid (Grimsby), Singin’ in The Rain (Roscoe), Barefoot in the Park (Velasco), Dracula (Renfield), Harvey (Elwood), and Col. Tom Parker in Elvis: The Musical! Other favorite roles include God in An Act of God (New Jewish Theatre), Bob Ewell in To Kill a Mockingbird (Repertory Theatre of St Louis), all the residents of Bedford Falls in This Wonderful Life (Dramatic License – Best One-Person Show, Riverfront Times), and George in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf (Muddy Waters – Best Actor, Riverfront Times). Next up: August: Osage County at The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. He and his wife, Laurie (The Lyceum’s new Marketing Director), share their new Arrow Rock home with their rescue dog, Truman.
