Utah Shakespeare Festival: Perdita (“The Winter’s Tale,” in which her performance was lauded “superb”), Anne Boleyn (“Henry VIII”), Petra/Others (“The Taming of the Shrew”), Engeman Theater: Ens./Shirelles Swing (“Beautiful: The Carole King Musical”), Hangar Theatre: Mercy (“School Girls, Or the African Mean Girls Play”), Eurydike (“Antigonick”). Also seen on stage at The Tank and The Chain. Recently participated in a workshop of Mara Nelson Greenberg’s new play with Clubbed Thumb. Alaysia’s short film “Abstract” marked her on-camera directorial debut and was backed by Emmy-award winning production studio Wavelength Productions, through their WAVE grant. She is currently producing the play “Pas De Trois, Or The Dancing Witch Play,” which will be featured in the upcoming 2025 SheNYC Festival in July. Alaysia’s goal is to run her own production company that tells expansive stories centered around Black women and girls. Brooklyn based. Ithaca College, BFA Acting. Love to family back home.
