Becky Barta
A native Missourian, Becky is thrilled to be returning to the Lyceum’s beautiful production of “A Christmas Carol!” NY credits include Broadway’s “Les Miserables,” (Mme Thenardier), off-Broadway’s “Frankenstein” (cast recording), “Always, Patsy Cline” (title role), ” Meet Me In St. Louis,” “Forbidden Broadway,””Addison & The Black Hole,” “Stiff” and “Sessions.” She spent several seasons as Mrs. Claus in the “Christmas Spectacular” at Radio City Music Hall. Recent/favorite regional productions include “Titanic” (Ida Straus) at Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera (dir. David Bell), “Lost Highway” (Mama Lilly) at The New Theatre (dir. Randal Myler), “Ripcord” (Marilyn) at Maples Rep (dir. Peter Reynolds) and years ago, the Unicorn Theatre’s “Falesttoland” (Trina) with the wonderful Don Richard.
